As someone who has suffered from severe anxiety, Kevin uses his life experiences to shed a light on Mental Health as well as work to connect people through kindness, humor, and empathy. He is the host of the weekly podcast Sad Times.
Each week on Sad Times, he has a kind and generous guest who comes on and tells difficult stories from their lives. He believes that difficult stories are universal, but are not universally told. To be aware of our own fear and anxiety and depression can allow us room for the grace and kindness to understand that our fellow humans are dealing with a version of the exact same thing.
He believes each of us is a collection of stories, and that stories are the great healing currency of humankind: the more we hear, the more we heal.

Lisa Hand

Lisa, affectionately dubbed “Producer Lisa” or “the other Hand”, lives her happily-ever-after alongside her zombie apocalypse partner Brent. She maintains a poker face of skepticism yet harbors a secret wish for the extraordinary to be true (especially some of the cryptids and alternate universes/realities).
She often finds herself puzzled by "Space and Time," along with the enigma of why Brent constructed C-bot and further allowed him to spawn Kyle. Nonetheless, she indulges Brent's attempts at enlightenment. Occasionally, she even listens.
In her downtime, Lisa is either traveling with Brent or cuddled up with her faithful canine companions immersed in British melodramas, trying (yet typically unsuccessfully) to not cry through the entire show.
A lover of chocolates and strawberry ice cream, she recently fell victim to an unfair allergy, forcing her to resist these indulgences. Deep down, she suspects C-bot's involvement in this bizarre late-life allergy onset. But as they say, the truth is out there...
